Comparison of tray forming machine LZ-1200 and thermo forming machine LZ-TF
The
tray forming machine, LZ-1200 series and the thermo forming machine , LZ-TF,
both can make food trays, containers.
What
about the two machines differences? Main points are as follow:
•Firstly
raw material :
common kraft paper, cardboard paper or corrugated paper , etc
(PE coated or not coated) can be used as raw material for
tray forming machine;
while PE coated paper is mainly used as raw material for thermo forming
machine.
•Secondly
gluing application:
glue is required for tray forming machine ; while glue is
not required for thermo forming
machine .
•Thirdly
machine production rate:
LZ-1200 working speed is much quicker than machine
LZ-TF.
•Lastly
machine cost:
tray forming machine cost more than thermo forming machine .
